How are your management fees set?
Our fees depend on the type of property, its location, the rental term and the level of support you want. Our proposal clearly sets out the commission and any fees for additional services. We send you a personalised study within 24 hours.
What is the contractual framework and commitment period?
The management contract includes an initial one-year commitment from signature. Renewal and termination terms are set out in the contract.
How do you take over a property already run by another manager?
Our team coordinates every step of the transition. We review existing bookings and arrange their takeover whenever platform rules and the terms with the outgoing manager allow. The handover is planned to keep the property running with minimal delay.
How do you handle incidents and technical work?
As soon as an issue is reported, a ticket is created to track it. Our team coordinates the intervention with the guest and sends a technician as quickly as possible, depending on the problem and availability. The work is billed at its real cost, with no margin added.
How soon can my property go on the market and get its first bookings?
Once the technical check-up and the photo shoot are done, we usually publish the home within 24 hours of receiving the required information. The first bookings arrive in the following days, within 24 to 72 hours at most.
